National Crime Victims’ Rights Week 2011 was from April 10 – 16 and was observed across the nation by victims, survivors, first responders, advocates and communities.
National Crime Victims’ Rights Week (NCVRW) was April 10-16, 2011. This annual event is observed across the nation by victims, survivors, and the professionals and volunteers who assist them. The theme for this year’s observance was “Reshaping the Future, Honoring the Past” which pays tribute to the millions of crime victims over the decades who have summoned the strength to rebuild their shattered lives, families and communities one step at a time.
CalVCP's Victims' Rights Rally and march to the State Capitol took place on April 11th, from 400 R Street in Sacramento to a ceremony at the West Steps.
