Why Blue?

Blue has always represented ideals such as stability, trust, safety, and faith. CalVCP honors the color blue in our commitment to providing outstanding services for victims of violent crime and putting victims' needs first. CalVCP shall be recognized by the color blue as it symbolizes high value and tradition and represents our never-ending advocacy for victims of violent crime and the people of California. Our hope is that the CalVCP blue is associated with strength and courage as we work to help those who have no place else to turn.
